A Structural Analysis on Customers' Use of SM

Currently,China's circulation industry is undergoing a transformation period,the retail industry also faces the enormous environmental change.Against this background,there appear some new type of retailing activities,especially the SM(Super Market).It is particularly important that SM wants to get the competitive advantages in the same form so as to meet the increasingly personalized needs of consumers.Therefore it is necessary to analyze consumers' SM based on the use of consumers SM investigation and structural equation analysis.
