Knowledge Management Strategies in Traditional Renowned Chinese Restaurants Based on Customer Purchasing Intent

In recent years,many Chinese traditional renowned restaurants has not done well in their operation and their revenue constantly decreased,even unable to make ends meet and rather disadvantageous in food and beverage market.This paper holds that the Chinese traditional renowned restaurants are not only the companies characterized by labor intensity but also belong to knowledge-based enterprises.They should put knowledge management in practice to raise their market competitiveness.The findings indicate that the operation and development of Chinese traditional renowned restaurants can be much benefited by knowledge management,for which the paper puts forward some knowledge management strategies.
