The Stress Management Model of New Generation of Migrant Workers

In recent years,the new generation of migrant workers has been experiencing a great deal of stress due to their impoverished living situation.In line with theories on stress,this thesis probes into the living situation and characteristics of those workers as a group,leading to the establishment of a stress management model.The model has three major components which are the analysis on source of stress,factors in stress control and strategies on stress management.A new perspective has been thus provided for research on stress among the new generation of migrant workers.
