Advances in the study on Fresh Chinese Jujube Storage Technology

Advances in the study on fresh Chinese jujube postharvest physiology are summarized,including: changes in appearance and morphology; respiratory types and changes in respiratory rate; studies on softening mechanisms;changes in nutrition during storage. Advances in the study on fresh Chinese jujube storage technology are also described,including: varieties;maturity;conditions of storage;preservative beatments;physical treatments; pachages.
