Effect of 1-MCP on Fruit

methycyclopropene was a kind of antagonist of ethylene receptor. It had obriously inhibition to the mature fruits. The article mainly formulated the factors that affected the effect of 1-MCP and the effect of 1-MCP to banana, apple and pear, in order to provide the reference for the application of 1-MCP in the fruits preservation.
