Study on MAP Storage Technology of Pioneer Cherry

SUN Lei, WANG Tai-ming, LIU Yuan-qian, WU Xing-mei, DU Hua-bing, WANG Kai-fang, QU Yong-yun,QIAO Yong-jin(SHandong Academy of Forestry, Jinan 250014, China)  
The technique of MAP storage was studied in Pioneer cherry, which was late ripe and main current specie in shandong province, including maturity of picking, package material of plastics, methods selection for package and storage temperatures. The results showed the best picking maturity of this specie was eight tenths, best suitable storage temperature was (-1±0.5 )℃.The best methods and material for MA storage were A-1, C-1.
