Idenfication and Infection Rule of Postharvest Pathogens for Table Grapes Decay

The postharvest pathogens for four grape cultivars were determined through isolating, purifing, pathogenicity determination, identification and infection rule. The main pathogens of grapes postharvest decay were Botrytis cinerea,Aspergillus niger, Penicillium sp p, Rhizopus stoloniter,Alternaria sp p and Phomopsis sp. Among these pathogens,Aspergillus niger and Rhizopus stolonite cause decay during high temperature, yet Botrytis cinerea and Alternaria sp p were the major pathogens below 5℃. Rhizopus stoloniter and Aspergillus niger only infect wounded fruit, the main pathogens were various among grape cultivars or organs of the same cultivar.
