Comparative Tests for Keeping Cucumber Fruit Fresh

Cucumber fruits,coated with extracts of dandelion and other food additives,are used as the test materical. After 5 days and 15 days of storage,the treated cucumber fruits have lower loss rate and higher gloss,respectively.
