Process Technology of Health Protection Syrup of Wolfberry

Extracted polysaccharide with the powder of wolfberry. Design orthogonal layout with the best experimental conditions and has determined the best processes of extracting wolfberry polysaccharide: used ethanol which concentration is 90% to remove monosaccharide firstly, and then extracted polysaccharide with water which temperature is 70 ℃, and the ratio of stuff to solvent is 1:10, extracted time is 1h. In this basis, joined VC?VE?VB1,calcium,iron,zinc and other nutrients to research and produce wolfberry health protection syrup for diabetic.
