Effect of Controlled Atmosphere Storage on Qulity of Yuluxiang Pear

Influences of different O_2,CO_2 composition on the post-harvest physiological and storage quality of yuluxiang pear were studied at(0±1)℃.The results showed that appropriate low O_2 concentration could delay the decline of fruit firmness and soluble solids,slow increasing of pulp's relative electrical conductivity,suspend reduction of phenolic substances and ascend of PPO activity.The suitable O_2,CO_2 composition for CA storage of yuluxiang pear is CO_21%,O_2 5%~10%.
