Determination of total polyphenol in grape seeds

To establish determination method of polyphenol ingredient in grape seed.Methods: Chromatometry was used to determinate.Results: The linear scope is 2.0-10.0μg,correlation coefficient r=0.9995;Average recovery rate is 98.36%,RSD is 1.0%(n=6).Conclusion: This method is simple,accurate,and has high sensitivity and good reproducibility.So,it can be used to determinate the content of ingredient and extracts from grape seeds.
