Influences of micronutrient fertilizer and methyl jasmonate treatments on the content of compounds in Lonicera japonica

Objective:A high-performance liquid chromatographic(HPLC) method was developed to research the influences of micro-elements and methyl jasmonate treatments at the content of 7 kinds of compounds in Lonicera japonica.Methods:HPLC was developed to determine the contents of seven compounds in Lonicera japonica and folium lonicerae with wavelength conversion,analysed the content differences between them.Chromatographic column was a C18(250mm×4.6mm,5μm) column operating at normal temperature with a flow rate of 1mL/min,and detection wavelength at 330,350nm.The mobile phase using gradient flow consisted of two solvent systems:0.3% methanoic acid and acetonitrile.Result:Different kinds of micro-elements and different concentration of methyl jasmonate had an certain impact on each or total content of compound in Lonicera japonica.Conclusion:In treatments of different kinds of micro-elements,Fe treatment can simultaneously increase the contents of chlorogcnic acid and luteoloside;in treatments of different concentrations of methyl jasmonate,concentration of 800μmol/L,1?600μmol/L can increase the contents of chlorogcnic acid and total contents.
