Objective:To study the correlation of quality of ulcer healing(QOUH)with resistance to reinjury and the effect of anti-ulcer drugs on QOUH. Methods:Using acetic-acid to induce gastric ulcerin rats.Measuring GMBF and histological hanges in ulcer scar by Laser Doppler Flowmetry(LDF)and microscopic ruler. Results:In group amoxycillin (A)and amoxycillin plus cimetidine(A+C).the width of regenerative mucosa, defective muscularis mucosa and cystic dilative glands in ulcer scar were significantly lower than that of the control group(P0.05);and GMBF was higher than that of the control group(P0.001).After perfusion with prednisone, the above indexes in group AmC and A+Cwere significantly better than that of control group(P0.05).Conclusion:Amoxyclillin could improve quality of ulcer healing and enhance the resistance to reinjury by prednisone, the above effects of moxycillin were better than cimetidine.
