Flour Additives and Its Quality Management

GUO Xiao ming (Ningxia Commercial Institute of Food Inspection)  
With the current state of our country's flour quality, the necessity for strengthening flour nutrition, the quality, the property and the safety of flour additives were expounded. The relevant countermeasures that improve flour additives management to guarantee people's health and protect consumer's interests.
