DETERMINATION OF DYNAMIC CHARACTERISTIC PARAMETERS OF PHOTOELASTIC MATERIALS UNDER EXPLOSIVE LOADING

Zhu Zhenhai(Beijing Graduate School, China Institute of Mining and Technology)  
A method from the point of view of engineering applications for determining the dynamic characteristic parameters of photoelastic materials under explosive loading is suggested in the present paper. The results on dynamic material parameter of epoxy resin and poly-carbonate are obtained, and the a-K1 relationship, static tensile and compressive strength of epoxy resin are also given.
