The Analysis of Chitin and Chitosan's Application Foreground is packaging and Printing Industry

Wang Lijie;Jin Cunhua(Wuhan Technical University of Surverying and Mapping)  
On the basis of chitin and chitosan's composition and functions, this paper analysis and discussis the packaging properties and printing propertise of materials made from chitin and chitosan. It 'also proposes that the materials made fromchitin and chitosan will cause a revolution in packaging and printing indtlstry.
