Application of Non-thermal Technology in the System of Fruits and Vegetables Preservation

Along with the quality enhancement of people′s life,people attached more and more importance to the quality of fruits and vegetables.In recent years the research of fruits and vegetables preservation has also increased day by day,especially the irradiation technology,high-voltage static electric field technology and ultra-high pressure technology.As non-thermal technologies,they are gradually applied in the field of fruits and vegetables preservation,and comparing with other technologies they have their originalities.
