Research Progress of Controlled Freezing Point Technology on the Storage of Fruits and Vegetables

The origin and basic principles of ice-temperature technology are introduced in this paper. The application and development of this technology in storage of fruits and vegetables are presented, and the prospects of research and development of ice-temperature technology of fruits and vegetables are also put forward.
