Research on Ultrasonic Extraction of Rebaudioside

With the dried leaves as experimental materials,the ultrasonic extraction of rebaudioside were studied.Based on single factor experiments,the ultrasonic time,solid-liquid ratio,ultrasonic frequency,number of extraction and ultrasonic temperature were investigated.On the basis of the single-factor data,used orthogonal combination experiments to optimize the ultrasonic extraction conditions.As the results indicated,ultrasonic time 50min,ultrasonic frequency 70kHz,solid-liquid ratio 1∶ 50,the number of extraction was two times and ultrasonic temperature 60℃,the rebaudioside extracting effect was best.rebaudioside extraction rate was 82%,extraction time is only 1/10 of the water extraction.
