Research on the measurement method of vibration isolator’s shock properties

According to the shock mechanics process of naval vessels,the measurement method of shock properties of vibration isolators is analyzed.A measurement method of shock properties of vibration isolators based on rapid-fire cylinder-type shock simulation platform is presented and the measurement system is introduced.Mechanical properties of a wire rope vibration isolator as protective component are studied by this measurement method.The non-symmetry characteristics of energy-dissipating about compressing and tensing are obtained,and the features of parameter variation are analyzed.
