Determination of Contents of Seven Flavonoids in Houttuynia Cordata Thunb by HPLC

To establish a HPLC method for determination of the contents of kaempferol-3-O-α-L-rhamnopy,hyperoside,quercitrin,rutin,quercetin,kaempferol and isorhamnetin in Houttuynia cordata Thunb.The determination of seven flavonoids was performed by HPLC.The calibration curve was linear in the range of 4.0~1 000.0 μg/mL and the recurrence was beyond 88.0 %.The developed method is a simple and reliable method to determine the contents of flavonoids in Houttuynia cordata Thunb.
