Computer-simulation of THz gyrotron

HUANG Zhen, YANG Zhong-hai (CPE of UESTC, Chengdu 610054,P. R. China)  
By analyze that gyrotrons of slow-change inside electronics and electromagnetic wave interact, we design the gyrotron which frequency attain 1012 HZ. This gyrotron adopt large-orbit and ifs wave-guide mode as the TE32,18. Using the PIC procedure by myself can simulate the diagram of the electronic multitudinous , the speed distributes, and the field distributes etc…Passing a series of compute simulation can make various parameters got the certainly excellent turning, and further enhancing the affection of the compute simulation in actual work.
