Dynamic performance analysis and mode experimental study on viscid elastic damp interlayer plate

This paper builds up a damp interlayer plate unit based on small strain elastic principle.Mindlin plate unit is applied to all three plates,local coordinate system with middle surface of each plate as coordinate plane is used to build finite element model,and constant complex number model is applied for interlayer material's viscid elasticity.After finite element analysis on its dynamic characteristics,the efficiency and wastage factor is calculated by complex characteristic value evaluation.Detailed numerical calculation and analysis is performed on this base,which discusses the influence of viscid elastic damp plate's thickness,modulus and wastage factor on structural dynamic characteristic,further comprehension of structural damp principle has been got,as well as some practical engineering conclusion.Finally,respective modulus experiment on single aluminum plate,free damp plate and limit damp plate has proved the validity of theoretical calculation.
