THE APPLICATION OF MULTIOBJECTIVE PROGRAMMING ON UNDERGROUND WATER RESOURCES MANAGEMENT OF HAERBIN CITY

This paper presented a favorable model of underground water resources management for Haerbin city. It is the combinaltion of constraint and linear weighting methods, that a new method is proposed to solve multi-objective optimization problems. The new method is applied to water resources management model in the paper. The conclusion put forwards valuable and scientific basis for urban underground water resoureces management.
