The ice regulators for El Nino events

Climate and tectonics are two interactional factors in the earth's system. They are controlled by astronomical cycles. It is an unheeded power of tectonics for a long time that largest matters are moving by global climatic changing. This tectonics changes continental and oceanic distributing, which can make global climatic changing in large scale. For an example, the change of sea-ices around Antarctic Continent is the regulators for global climatic changes and La Nina events.
