The Application of Sea level Change by Multi-dimensional and Dynamic GIS

With the development of surface observation technique,the capability of getting 3D geographical information have been developed much and have formed multi-dimensional special information origin in ocean and environment.The authors introduced conception of multi-dimensional and dynamic GIS,research actuality of multi-dimensional data in sea level changes and research direction.In littoral,because of centralized cities,dense population,low-lying physiognomy and bad subside,sea level rise has brought far-reaching influence for people.Multi-dimensional and dynamic GIS can demonstrate sea level changes dynamically and forecast harm possible.It is significant to study sea level changes by multi-dimensional and dynamic GIS.
