Simulation of Ground Penetrating Radar in Lossy Medium

For GPR,the ideal medium should be no loss of the medium,also is not the electric conduction medium.However,the majority of the Earth is a different medium degree of conductivity,which has largely affected the radar detection,Radar frequency can be increased to improve radar detection.The use of finite-difference time-domain software on GPR in a lossy medium for the detection simulation,can be found using different frequencies of radar measurement.For frequency dispersion medium,the increased frequency not only increased resolution,reduced probing depth,but also with the increased frequency,it shorts the arrival time at same depth of the reflection of the medium-wave.
