New comprehensive evaluation algorithm based on fuzzy clustering and information entropy

Aims at inconsistent leitmotiv in current comprehensive evaluation technology,neglects the problem of succinctness and validity,analyzes the ago algorithms in the foundation,propases a comprehensive evaluation algovithm based on fuzzy dustering and information entropy.This algorithm hurdles flaws of original algorithms, has a good practicabitity.The validity of this algorithm has been validated through the actual data.
