Analysis of the Legal System on the Management of Scenic Areas

This article analyzed those flaws in the existing legal system of the management in landscape districts through the comparison between "Temporary Regulations for Management of Scenic Spots and Historical Sites" and "Scenic Spots and Historical Sites Regulations" and pointed out the necessity of adjusting private schedule by legal means.It also gave some advices on the further improvement of the relative legal system in management of management of scenic spots and historical sites.
