A Particle Swarm Optimization with Step-accelerating Mutation Operator

QI Hui,ZHOU Shumin,XIONG Ying(School of Sciences,Wuhan University of Technology, Wuhan 430070,China)  
This paper puts forward the Particle Swarm Optimization with step-accelerating mutation operator,an anamorphosis called PSO with step-accelerating mutation operator at the optimum position in the overall situation.With the test functions compared and analyzed,it shows that the two PSOs with mutation operator have good convergencing speed and stability.
