Discussion on Personalized Learning in College English

LUO Zhi-hong(Chengdu University,Chengdu,610036,China)  
College English personalized learning differs from autonomous learning,neither negate collective learning,nor departs from teacher's instruction.It owns solid theoretical bases such as multi-intelligence,metacongnition,constructivism and its great value.The concept should be held and consummated in practice.
