Investigation and Analysis on the Current Situation of Contemporary University Students' Sense of Social Responsibility——An Empirical Investigation of University students in Five Universities in Northeast China

The strength of university students' sense of social responsibility is not only related to their own growth,but also to the progress of society,the development of the country and the future of the nation. Through the survey of the status quo of the sense of social responsibility of university students in five universities in the northeastern region,it is found that the current sensen of social responsibility of university students is at a high level,but there are still some problems including significant differences of social responsibility in different grades,honors with no corresponding social responsibility,social responsibility impacted too much by the self-determination of academic performance,the low effect practice of social responsibility and so on. To solve the above problems,in the process of cultivating students' sense of social responsibility,universities should proceed from the three aspects of the formation of the sense of social responsibility to enhance the social responsibility of university students. Firstly,taking the ideology and political theory classes as the main position to grasp the social responsibility education cognition,secondly,modeling examples to deepen the emotional identity of social responsibility,and thirdly,stimulating university students' social responsibility practice with volunteer activities.
