A NEW FINDING IN GEOLOGY THROUGH GEOELECTRIC SECTION OF YONGCHANG-DUQING MOUNTAIN IN GANSU

MT section of Yongchang-Duqing Mountain in Gansu can be divided into four lithologicelectrical layers and two groups of the structure-electrical layers. The latter is located in the top and inner of the base of Pre-Changcheng system, respectively. It develops shrike faults but no deep fractures. It is formed by two groups of nappe-slip structure, one is shallower, another is deeper. The ore-bearing ultrabasic body of sulphide copper-nickel ore deposits in Jinchang is pulled from south to north and from deep to shallow by the nappe-slip structure. It has no root and no connection with the deep thoroushfare.
