DISCUSSION OF CUTTING SLOPE STABILITY AND ITS SUPPORTING OF CHONGQING CITY

More and more buildinges are constructed on the cutting deck of high slopes in the socall mountain city──Chongqing.To this typical rock slope of Chongqing , the authors indicatethat the supporting design which adopts the theory of Columbu soil pressure is irrational and present a modified method in this paper. Moreover,the state of stability,deformation and failure wayand supporting measure of cutting slopes are studied by FEM and FLAC (Fast Laurangian Analysis of Continua).
