Psychological Solutions of Pressure Management in College Teachers

The role of overload makes teachers,the disseminators of scientific knowledge and the pioneers in education,undertake a lot of explicit and implicit stress.This is incompatible with the concepts of 'harmonious society' and 'harmonious life'.Therefore,it is urgent to alleviate the stress of teachers.This paper attempts to explore the causes of stress on teachers,and put forward the psychology intervention measures to ease it.
