Lei Henshun

The Yangtze River economic zone plays an essential role in Chinese economic development strategies "Cham-Cut" is one of the key factors which make the Yangtze River economic zone difficult to be formed the Yangtze River economic zone construction shouldn't give up the eastern and western parts for the southern and worthern parts, but try hard to connect the chain-cut points together. The Yangtze River ecological environmental protection, especially the water-resource protection is extremely important. Chongqing must carry out ecotype economic development strategies, and construt the reservoir areas as ecological economic zone.
