Analysis of Leader-Member Exchange Theory and It's Implications on Study of Organizational Justice

Leader-member exchange theory(LMX theory) is an important leadership theory related to the study of the superior and the subordinate relations in organizations.Giving an outline of LMX theory,this paper analyzes the interrelation of this theory and organizational justice,and puts forward the important function of LMX theory in promoting the study of organizational justice in China's special background.It is of great theoretical and practical significance to the enterprise's administrator of our country.
