On Unfair Connected Transaction of Chinese Listed Companies

LIU Li(Chongqing Loncin Industry Group,Chongqing 400050,China)  
Using unfair connected transaction to manipulate profit in order to achieve share matching and maintain license,some Listed companies are punished by relevant system.This paper analyzes the ways and hazards of unfair connected transaction,and puts forward some suggestions to prevent the unfair conected transaction.
