An Empirical Study on the Status and Correlation between Work Value and Organizational Loyalty of Managers in Company

Through an empirical study on the status as well as the correlation between the work value and organizational loyalty,it is found that the managers put more emphasis on intrinsic and extrinsic work value relatively other than extrinsic reward;their organizational identification and job involvement is high,while their sense of belonging is relatively low.A significant positive correlation between intrinsic and extrinsic work value and organizational loyalty is also found,and correlation between extrinsic reward and organizational loyalty is not significant.
