A STUDY OF THE IMMOBILIZING TANNASE

In this article,the author discusses the effect of polyelectrolyte and pH on immobilized enzyme,and the stability of immobilized enzyme.When the polyelectrolyte complex is used to consolidate the entrappment of the calcium alginate gel,the leaking of the tannase is overcome in processing.The working time and the steady is increased.
