Preparation of Poly(fluorescein) Film Modified Electrodes

It was studied by cyclic voltammetiy that the conditicns formed poly(Fluorescein) film in surface of glass caibon electrodeand the electrochemistry properties of polymerization Fluorescein film modified electrode(PFSE). The system of electro - polymerization P5S(pH6.8) + 0.1 mol/L NaNO3 + 1.0 x 10 - 4 mol/L FS. When putting PFSE into 1.0 mol/L HC1 solution, the results of cyclic scanning shown that the correlation between peak current in CV curves and concentration of HC1. Using difference scan rate, the peak current was linear with scan rate in the range of v ≤100mV/s and the correlation coefficient was 0.998 9. Otherwise the PFSE has good electrocatalysis actions for catechols, and it was used to determine this subsances.
