A research of that seabuckthorn rice vinegar restrain the germ function to the Escherichia coli

WU Shu-qing,ZHOU Ding-ling (Environmental Ecology and Engineering College,Changchun University,Changchun*"130022,China)  
Collocate density as 4%,2%,1% seabuckthorn rice vinegar respectively,adopt the cup-plate method to measure that different density of seabuckthorn rice vinegar restrains germ function to the E.coli,at the same time compare restraint of the germ effect to the E.coli with tetracycline.As a result,it is discovered that restraining germ effect of the density as 4% seabuckthorn rice vinegar is better than that of density as 2% and 1%,and it is similar with restraining germ effect to the E.coli with 30ug/ml.tetracycline.
