The application of chemometrics in the analysis of food

The relationship and task among the analysis of food,chemometrics and analysis chemistry are outlined.The application of some filed in the analysis of nutrient components,vatamin,substance of harmful and poisonous,inorganic element,some production course as well as classification and quality discrimination in food are reviewed about the methods which multiple correction,pattern recognition,and artificial neural network in the chemometrics. CLS and PLS are mainly introduced.Meanwhile,the prospect and trends of chemometics in the analysis of food are also discussed.
