The high-video image acquisition and displaying system based on CPLD technology

ZOU Ying-yong(Scientific Research Office,Changchun University,Changchun 130022,China)  
In this system the CMOS active-pixel image sensor is used as the receiver of video image.CPLD is used as the driving controller.The data through the D/A conversion is displayed on XGA monitor.The high-speed acquisition and real-time displaying of video image have been realized.The system constitution and principle as well as control logic of CPLD are described.The simulation wave form of driving circuit is given.The application shows that the system is stable and reliable and it also has advantage of high image resolution,sampling speed,adapt ability and flexibility.
