Bioactive components of Zanthoxylum and its application research

"It is of great importance of eating and wether the food is delicious or not depends on taste".Spices are the soul of food,all processed foods or cooking food almost inseparable from the condiment.Zanthoxylum bungeagum Maxim is one of the eight condiments,it is rich in bioactive components and it has broad application prospects.This paper reviews the biological activity of the Chinese prickly ash components and their applications.
