Optimal design for automobile friction clutch

The clutch,a key transmission part,has important influence on overall vehicle performance,especially on torsional vibration.Based on the influence of rigidity and damping of driven disk shock absorber on system vibration state,this paper establishes the optimization model of torsional vibration damper of friction clutch in the driven plate combining with series DST240 clutch,which optimizes the objective function and improves the working condition of torsional vibration in transmission system.The practicability of this optimum method is testified by the analysis results.
