Studies on the Adaptability and Tolerance of Puccinellia tenuiflora to Salinity in the Salinized Grassland in Songnen Plain

Wang Ping; Li Jiandong ;Eo Yongling(National Laboratory of Grassland Ecological Engineering, Northeast Normal University, Changchun 130024)
In this paper, the biomas dominance and physiological index of Puccinellia tenuiflora in different saline-alkaline environments are analyzed. The results show that Puccinellia tenuiflora distributes in a narrow gradients. It can grow well if soil conductivity range is0 .60~0. 94ms/cm, and pH 9. 80 ~ 10. 7. The adaptatility shows as: accumulation of proline and absorption of inorganic ions could improve the regalation of osmsis.
