Study and Survey of the Microclimate of Alpine Meadows

The paper introduces the investigation conducted in the experiment site of the northern Qinghai lake region, and discusses the microclimate of the Kobresia meadow experiment site there. The alpine meadow region typifies the continental plateau climate-wide variance of temperature between day and night, frequent sunshine days,noticeable variance of periodic land surface temperature,strong solar radiation with a total of 5.866×10~6~6.704×10~6 kJ/m~2 annually, and yet with damp soil and humid air. The characteristics of the microclimate and environment of the alpine meadow provide scientific basis to guide the agricultural and animal husbandry production of regions of similar climate conditions.
