LUO Yan1,2,BAI Shi-qie1,PENG Yan2,ZHANG Yu1,ZHONG Yu-meng3(1.Sichuan Academy of Grassland Sciences,Chengdu,Sichuan Province 611731,China;2.Department of Grassland,Sichuan Agricultural University, Ya′an,Sichuan Province 625014,China;3.College of Resources and Environment,Sichuan Agricultural University,Ya′an,Sichuan Province 625014,China)
The studies of 14 morphologic features of Cichorium intybus L.show extensive variations.Third-grade fertile tillers have the most significant variance from 22.25 to 430.00 with 55.64% variance coefficient.Inflorescence number and leaf width have largely variable features with variance coefficients 54.85% and 45.44%,respectively.There was a significant correlation among morphological features.Clustering analysis shows that all accessions can be divided into two groups.Accessions from different regions with similar characteristics were put into same group.Accessions clustered the same group with two controls have highly-developed lateral roots, more inflorescence numbers with long and big, long leaf and short seeds with wide.
