A Study on the Professional Commitment and Learning Burnout of Undergraduates in Medical University

This paper aims to investigate the present status of the professional commitment and learning burnout of 388 students in medical university with corresponding scales.The result shows that the students' level of professional commitment is not adequate and the level of burnout is medium;the professional commitment and reduced personal accomplishment of Medical students are better than those who are not major in medicine;the professional commitment and learning burnout of Medical students who have good scores are better than students who have medium or low scores;the emotional commitment and ideal commitment are important prediction variables leading to the learning burnout of the students in medical university.
